What Digital Twin is?
Digital twins are virtual representations of physical assets or systems that use real-time data to enhance performance and decision-making. They allow organizations to monitor operations and predict outcomes, improving efficiency and innovation across various industries.
Problem Discovery
The current website misses the mark on Digital Twins and customer engagement.
WeMB added information to the website individually as products were developed, leading to a lack of overall consistency and a weak information structure. As a result, customers struggle to find products that best suit their needs.
“How might we showcase Wemb's Digital Twin value to drive customer acquisition?”
Project Require Scope
Collaborated with the founders of WeMB to redefine the goals for better alignment with customers.
Business Objectives
Complete rebrand focused on Digital Twins
Strengthen recognition of individual products
Increase customer inquiries and acquire new customers
Customer Goals
Discover industry-specific software and products
Review case studies of solution adoption by other companies
Make quick inquiries and expert recommendations
Constraints
Aligning the client's diverse needs with clear structure and design solutions
Organizing unrefined internal feedback into a consistent and cohesive design
My Responsibilities
Leading stakeholder meetings and conducting competitive analysis
Leading the design process (wireframing, visuals, prototyping, layouts, etc.)
Defining Wemb's Rebranding Vision
Through more than five in-person meetings with Wemb's CEO, head of sales, and design team, we gained insights into Wemb's rebranding goals and the shift from a solution-centric sales approach to a product-specific sales approach. This helped us identify the key areas to focus on during the redesign.
Customers are more interested in how digital twin technology is applied in real-world environments, such as smart cities, manufacturing, and construction, rather than its complex concepts. To aid this understanding, visual representations like diagrams or actual implementation screens are necessary.
Customers want to gain trust in how digital twin technology can contribute to their business by seeing successful use cases from actual clients. For example, it’s important to show specifically how a digital twin product was implemented in the energy sector and the results it achieved.
Customers seek expert advice to understand whether the technology can be integrated into their business, and if it is compatible with other platforms or technologies.

Touch Point
Approaching a Solution
Potential customers make product adoption decisions not only based on product descriptions but also by considering case studies from similar businesses, achieved results, and sales performance. To provide smooth and effective information to customers, I focused on the following key areas:
The original 7 solutions were reduced to 4 key solutions, with information organized
in a consistent order: mini index, case studies, insights, success stories, and product pages, making it easy for users to find what they need.
By presenting quantitative metrics such as product sales figures and customer case study outcomes, we clearly showcase the performance of Wemb's products, thereby increasing trust among potential customers.
To help users intuitively understand the products, we emphasize the features of each product through illustrations. Throughout the website, icons, real-world implementation images, and diagrams are used.
We highlight information about consulting and post-sale support and provide clear calls-to-action (CTAs) to guide users in easily accessing support or consultations.
To help users intuitively understand the products, visual aids are used. Icons, real-world implementation images, and diagrams are employed to make it easier for users to grasp the technology.
By displaying logos of clients across various industries, we build trust and attract interest from potential clients in similar sectors.
Emphasizing the title of being the first in the country and updating product sales figures conveys trust and showcases the evolving brand image to potential clients.
Product key descriptions and illustrations are used to engrave each product in the minds of potential clients effectively.
Real-time monitoring through 3D modeling is a significant strength in the industry, so we emphasize related case studies to highlight the effectiveness and credibility of the product.
We demonstrate the extensive experience Wemb has across various industries, showing how the products and technology are applied in each sector.
Through media coverage of Wemb's latest news, we enhance the brand image and awareness, reinforcing trust with potential clients.
Clear call-to-action (CTA) buttons are strategically placed throughout the website, encouraging users to inquire or access additional information immediately.

Tech Meets Nature
Business Objectives
To emphasize WeMB's advanced technology identity, a sleek dark color scheme is complemented by the harmonious use of teal and light blue. This combination conveys the futuristic and professional image of WeMB's solutions, with teal symbolizing environmental preservation and light blue representing the evolution of civilization through digital technology. Together, these colors visually express the integration of technology and nature.
Icons and Illustrations
Custom icons and illustrations were created to simplify complex concepts like digital twin technology. For example, the digital twin icon is designed to represent a 3D model, intuitively conveying the characteristic of replicating the physical environment in a virtual space. These icons are designed with bright, vivid colors and a modern style, effectively expressing technological innovation and reliability.

Final Outcome
Designed 50 responsive pages optimized for mobile environments. Additionally, the solution pages and the company introduction section were redesigned to reflect WeMB's updated branding.
By collaborating with the CEO, key stakeholders, and internal designers, I strengthened my project management skills by coordinating diverse perspectives and establishing a clear design direction. Additionally, I streamlined the original seven solutions into four core solutions, effectively structuring information and enhancing the user experience. Notably, I leveraged intuitive visualizations such as diagrams and illustrations to convey complex concepts like digital twin technology, significantly improving comprehension.
